Beyond an Act of Kindness is a debt buyer, which means that we may hold a debt that you owe. We do reserve the right to sell your debt, and all data related to your debt.

We believe in long-term clients & customers; we guarantee our services 100% If you are not fully satisfied, we will attempt to rectify the issue to your satisfaction free of charge. We do not offer refunds at this time.

Delivery Policy

Some services are delivered at point of sale however, others may be initiated but will not be fulfilled for up to 30 days and even longer for some service requests.

  • Payment must be received before services are initiated.

  • Services may be forfeited if payment is late under installment plans, with a 30-day grace period before potential cancellation.

  • A “Client” of Beyond Financial is an individual receiving services, while a “Member” is a company promoted by Beyond Financial and also receiving services.

Beyond an Act of Kindness offers financial and Legal products and services through its Financial & Legal segment, Beyond Financial & Legal. These services may be provided by Beyond Financial & Legal or third-party contractors under its supervision. Estimates are based on current market rates, which may vary depending on your enrolled creditors and specific program terms. Not all clients complete their program due to various reasons, such as their ability to save sufficient funds. Beyond an Act of Kindness Inc.  does not guarantee debt resolution for a specific amount, percentage, or timeframe. We do not assume your debts. Fees vary by state; please consult a tax professional to discuss the potential tax consequences of debt resolution. You may be subject to collections or lawsuits by creditors while using our services, and your account balances may increase due to fees and interest. However, Beyond an Act of Kindness may make incremental payments to creditors to avoid these situations, and financial hardships are generally considered in settlement negotiations or legal proceedings. By proceeding with our services, you acknowledge your understanding of these disclosures.
